Changes Summary [updated 5/1]

PLEASE POST SUGGESTIONS!!

Poknowledge:
-Vendors for General tiems (food, bonechips, water etc) added
-Vendor for "fun items", fungi, manastone, jboots added
-Quest mobs for newbie armor added (free instant newbie armor)
-Skillmaster added to set all skills to "1"
-Alter plane quest added to port you to hate/air without a wizard

Items:
-fungi tunic is all/all
-mask of deception is all/all
-tink bag cost greatly reduced

Upper Guk:
Placerholders removed:
-a giant heart spider
-an old froglok
-an ancient croc
-the froglok warden
-the froglok shin lord

Lower Guk:
-Ghoul executioner left art 50% spawn chance (no change)
-Ghoul sage increased to 50% rate from 33%

solb:
-nag HP set changed from 33000 to 40000, level bumped from 55 to 56, respawn time to 2.5 days (from 5), Up with Servert
-nag now drops more items (from the same loot table), and the paly book is greatly increased drop rate

Permafrost:
-King_Thex`Ka_IV spawn rate increased from 33% to 50%
-Lady Vox spawn rate increased to 2.5 days, spawns with server, drops more items
-Goblin Arch spawn rate increased from 20% to 50%, Alchemist inreased from 20% to 40%

Plane of Fear:
-# of items off Cazic, Dread, Fright, Drac, etc have been increased
-All class armor drops have been increased from 25%->55%
-Gem drops slightly increased off all mobs

Plane of Hate:
-# of items off the "Boss" (inny, Maestro, etc) increased
-Probabilities adjusted to match those in PoFear (25->55%)

Befallen
-spawn rates and loot drop rate increased for thaumaturgist, Priest_Amiaz

Burning Woods
-Gorgul_Paclock, Carpenter_Grundo,Korasal_Klyseer, and other rare spawns increased %, increased drop rates


Caldron:
-Bilge is NOT in a spawn group, confirm? May need to be added manually

East Karana:
-Ancient Cyclops greater increased spawn chance

South Ro:
-Ancient Cyclops greater increased spawn chance
-Fabled Ancient Cyclops -- Slightly increased spawn chance

Queynos Hills:
-Pyzjn seems to be a 100% spawn, but please check. I doubled drop rate of GBS
-Greater increased Hadden Respawn time (should be up 100% of the time) from several days to several minutes. Also, increased chance of dropping an item.

Oasis
-Slightly increased Lockjaw and fabled lockjaw spawn %'s

Kael
-Fixed drop rate of Orb of Infinite Void on Keldor_Dek`Torek to 100%
-Increased % drop of a vellious armor piece of King Tormax (in addition to normal loot)
-Increased respawn time of Tormax, Statue by 2 (5.5->2.5 days) -- vindicator left @ current respawn (30 min)

Sebelis:
-Checked Trakanon, he has a 26 hour respawn by default. I didn't change it. He will now drop 3 BP's instead of 2.
-Emperer spawn rate increased from 25-33%
-Need more suggestions

Trakanon's Teeth
-Seb Key quest mobs are now up 100% of time, drop rate is 100% (they still path)
-Pained Soul's placeholders removed

Karnors:
Removed Verix Kylox's remain's placeholder

lakeofillomen:
-sarnak legionare respawn slightly increased, drop rate of bracer of hidden increased
Kaesora.:
-increased respawn time of medallion greatly

Chardok:
-edited Niblek Gem quest (no gems required)
-a_Reanimated_Partisan burnished wooden staff drop increased

Firiona Vie:
-an ancient Jarsath placeholder removed

Swamp of No Hope:
-Medallion ground spawn respawn increased greatly.

Warsliks Wood:
-Upped spawn rate on Grachnist The Destroyer
-Increased drop rate on Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring

Feerott:
-Increased drop rate on Darkforge Armor quest piece off of Tae Ew Crusaders significantly

Qeynos Hills:
-Faction hits on Hadden (fishbone earring guy) removed

Caldron:

I've run into the regular Bilge Farfathom and the Fabled Bilge Farfathom once each in Dagnor's Cauldron. On both occasions, before I could make it to him, he roamed into those stupid 4 NPC's at the tent and they proceeded to kill him. It would help substantially to outright remove or lower the level of those 4 NPC's so that they cannot kill Bilge. I've read numerous webpages about Bilge and none of them know for sure his spawn pattern. He may or may not be in a spawn group, but it makes it nearly impossible to find out when he can die if you are not there when he spawns due to those NPC's. As far as I know, those 4 NPC's are the only ones who are hostile to roaming goblins, thus they are the only things killing him outside of players. I can provide their names if needed.

Yes, I've killed Pyzjn about every day and shes been up in the same spot each time (on your left as you enter QH from Surefall). I've yet to see the Fabled version. Also, I've gotten 1 GBS off of approximately 5-7 kills.

As far as Hadden, I have the exact same luck as Pyzjn. 1 earring in 5-7 kills, but he has been up every single time I checked Pyzjn in his usual spot near the lake.

I changed the NPCs so that they are not aggressive to the KOS faction (which Bildge is a member of). So hopefully they will stop attacking him. Chances are this will make them stop attacking all random mobs, so don't bother running to them for help anymore!

It would be nice if we could somehow get past the locked door in seb. Not sure if that is doable. I doubt the rogue alts we have are working on lockpicking.

Locks can be removed easily. Just give me more info and if everyone agrees it's a good change I can do it tonight. Sorry I have not been around, I'm in Arizona on a business trip.

Yea, I agree it should probably be removed as only rogues can pick it. As far as I know its the only lock in Sebilis. What other info might you need?

I think I changed it. It has a 100 lockpick skill needed

- Fixed all drakes to have proper loot table
- upped their % chance to have an item to 45
- changed multiplier to 2
(will reduce if it is too much)
- Added loot table to drakes that drop quest pieces
- Dozekar the Cursed now drops 8 quest pieces instead of only 4

Modified Glimering Drakes to not see invis. These are the mobs which were on the incorrect faction. The faction was modified, however, faction changes may require server reboot.

zone: kael
King Tormax:
Lowered Hps from 410k - 275k

Derakor_the_Vindicator:
Lowered HPs from 302k - 200k (got him to 26% in 30minutes with 1 group)
Changed Melee dmg range from (550-800) to (400 - 800)
Lowered resists from 200 to 75 (Had 30 cripple resists in a row)
Changed Quad Attack to Triple Attack. (He crit me a couple of times for over 1k)

Stuck in a hotel room with nothing to do so I figured I would take the time to tweak some encounters.

- Added (i think) the only two gems you cannot buy from a vendor to the dwarf woman vendor near the bank (Crushed Lava Ruby / Crushed Onyx Sapphire). I'll post her name later. Made no sense to have every gem but 2 sell in POK. May be easier to just make a new "gem" vendor and populate it with all the gems for their same price.

- Changed Vaniki's loot-table a bit. Two spawns I was looking for that were previously in the game (so says Allakazams) - chetari darkling & warlord - put their loot on Vaniki. He now has 5 items on his loot-table, drops 2 per kill, 20% chance each. Respawn time reduced to ~10 minutes (I think).

- Tweaked "a horror construct" (raid encounter in CT temple area) - Toned down his Hp to ~100k from 450k. Toned down his resistances to be on par with other mobs similar to him.

Edit: He is now balanced for 1 group to take him and his loot is on par with Vaniki. Also I changed him to a static spawn atop the temple, does NOT see invis of any kind, respawn timer around 30 minutes.

- Made some of the necessary Cazic Thule named guy's (adept, ritualist) have fewer placeholders (75% spawn, 25% PH). No changes made to respawn rates on named mobs, but on some roamers i doubled their repop rates.

Lowered HPs of trash mobs in fear.
Increased Dain Facton hit on King Tormax.
Tuned Zlandicar for a single group encounter.
Increated modifier on Zlandicar and King Tormax's loot table.

Lowered HPs of mobs in velks drastically to decrease the aa grind.
Tuned Velk for a small party.
