Creating a lifting plan help

Post by Geeman »

For awhile now my roommate and I have been hitting the gym 3 times a week. We do 2 days on upper body and one on lower body. We have a pretty set routine but I know there is a lot of room for improvement.

Does anyone have a website that lets you create workout plan(s) or that has a good preset plan(s) that I can follow? Also, if anyone cares to share their plan that can work as well! I just want to get on a routine I know is covering everything I need to do. All help is appreciated. Thanks!

have you ever heard of the abs diet? the workout plan associated with it is quick, easy, and an amazing workout. Google it, if you're interested I can always scan the workout and PDF it for you.

Good stuff you can do at home.
Sometimes, you just have to be fucking awesome.
