In season 1 they only aired 12 episodes, but released a 13th on the DVD called Epitatph 1. This season they aired 13 with the last being Epitatph 2, so make sure you watch the unaired 13th episode of S1 before you watch this last episode of Dollhouse.

Good finale, liked it a lot. Ended the series nicely. Kold is right, definitely need to watch the unaired S01 episode first.
