That's actually sort of difficult to answer. Its definitely fun, and its interesting to watch the romances brew and so forth, but in true J.J. fashion, it sort of.........makes a sharp turn toward batshit crazy after a while. If you like Fringe and liked Lost, then you'll probably like it, I did. But there's certainly points where you'll go "Uh...what dude? ". The first couple seasons are pretty solid at least.
