Worked retail for 3 years after graduating valedictorian at my college! Going to try for a better education shortly.

It's not uncommon for large companies to have schools of their own to teach various skills. Progressive, for example, has an entire university for it's employees, and a fairly large and diverse set of classes designed for people in many different roles.

I've heard of universities at companies to teach about their products or certain technical skill sets, but never a language.

It makes sense though now that I think about it.
