Damn Biffins, that's a hell of a weight loss. Like 30lbs and over 50% of your fat mass gone. Nice.
Sometimes, you just have to be fucking awesome.
Re: L-Carnatine
Yeah since I started measuring everything about 15 months ago, I've gone from 240 to 186 lbs and 30% body fat to just under 20% (So basically from the fat beast that was at WCP2 to what I was a few years back). I lost some muscle in the process but not enough to be worried about it since my new routine helps rebuild leaner muscle than I used to have.
I have to say though that I'm still shooting for 175 lbs overall wt. and ~10% BF so I'm only halfway there on the body fat front and nearing that on the overall weight side of things.
One more thing - I had a few extended breaks from any workout activity during this time frame and there is no doubt in my mind that the eating side of the equation is the most important element. I had a few stretches where I went to the gym only once in span of 3 weeks (no cardio either) yet was still maintaining or slightly reducing my overall weight. And you do not have to substitute out your favorite vices: I still have at least 2 glasses of wine per night!

PS- How is everything Seth? Haven't spoken with you in some time.

Things are great. 1 more year of school left, working on that Psychology degree. And what are my plans after college everyone wonders? Complete life goal 1 of 3, move to Australia. Why Australia? Because its warm(hot), there are dingos, and it's not Nebraska. Why not just go down south in the United States? Because it's either rich old people or poor Mexicans. It also lacks the Aussie accent.
