Just got it, played through the intro.

The spot where you first use your grapple ability sucks. It's not really clear that you can climb the ledges on the right side; I spent 15 minutes running around the left trying to jump and mash R1 repeatedly.

They will also start slowly phasing out the old main characters...though I'm not convinced the janitor is gone forever. I remember reading about this when S8 ended, and hearing that JD/Turk were only signed up for the first 6 episodes of this season. Yeah this latest episode was really damn stupid.
